LHS Teen Group is a secular group open to homeschoolers and their friends ages 12-18. They offer 2 or more teen meetups a month. These meetups have included laser tag, ice skating, movies, haunted houses, restaurants, and many more. You can attend 2 times before deciding if you would like to join the group. After that you do have to sign up to be a member which includes a small registration fee, a commitment to attend at least once a month, and chaperone twice every 6 months. A waiver is required to attend any LHS Teen event.

We will be meeting at Cinemark in the Mall of St. Matthews for Teen Night on Saturday, 1/31/15 around 4:30 pm for a 5 pm movie
We will be going to a matinee to be determined. Tickets are $7 per person.
We will meet in the lobby by the chairs to the left when you walk in. Once everyone who has RSVP’d has gathered, we will move into the theatre to find seats.
After the movie, the kids will walk around the mall until 8:50 pm. If you will be bringing your teen exclusively for the mall portion of this meetup, please meet the teens in the food court at 7 pm. They will be at the row of tables in front of Tilly’s.
The teens will need to be picked up at the food court entrance by Red Robin no later than 8:50 pm
The teens can join us at 4:30 pm at the movies, and then go to the mall, or just go to the movie or just go to the mall, whichever works best for you.
Homeschoolers are welcome to bring their non-homeschooling friends with them on teen night!

We will be meeting on Sunday, 2/15/15 at 1 pm until 4 pm at Alpine Ice Arena (1825 Gardiner Lane Louisville Ky. 40205).
I purchased a Groupon for this excursion, so each child is only $5.00. That includes hours of skating, skate rental, and a hot chocolate or soda. Please RSVP so that we will know if we need to get another Groupon!
Everyone is welcome to join us! We generally have about 10-15 teens in attendance! If we do not have at least 6 teens for this Sunday event, we will reschedule for another day in February.
Parents who do not skate are free.

We will be meeting on Friday, 3/13/15 @ 7 pm at the Homemade Ice Cream & Pie Kitchen in Clifton ( 2232 Frankfort Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206 ) to play board games and hang out. There is a ping pong table, tables for board games, and couches to hang out and talk on.
There are desserts, sandwiches, and pizza, available to purchase. Prices start around $3 for dessert, and sandwiches start at $5.http://www.piekitchen.com/
